I think it went up to 25 °C today. Finally a hot summer day!
I get so energetic when I can truly feel summer. I had this long morning walk with kids, went to the gym, took a walk again in the afternoon with kids, biked to work and biked home, then took a night walk with kids ;))) And I still have energy and feel like I can go for running or something ;p
We very much enjoyed the day :)))))
今日は夏日だったぁ〜 多分２５度まで上がってたと思う。
夏を感じられると途端に元気になる夏女の私。この長いあさんぽしたら ジムへ直行。午後にまた散歩に出て いつものようにサンクリングしながら仕事へ。仕事から帰ってきたら 夜の散歩へ。そしてランニングにでも行けそうなぐらいまだ元気（笑）
今日っていう夏な日をみんなでエンジョイしましたぁ〜！(≧∀≦)
