Measurements

I realised that Kaiya has grown so much and I wondered how much she got bigger.  I remembered that I wrote her body measurements about a month ago on one of the paper I had to prepare for her to leave Japan.  I found that paper so I measured her today.

The last body measurement on 8/12:

Hight: 25cm

Length: 32cm

Weight: 2.45kg

Today's measurement:

Hight: 35cm

Length: 37cm

Weight: 5.36kg

ふとKaiyaがすごくおっきくなったなぁって考えていたら、日本を発つ前に輸出検査申請書にKaiyaの体長、体高、体重を書いたのを思い出した。申請書のコピーを発見したので、今日は身体測定してみたぁ！

８月１２日の身体測定時：

体高：２５cm

体長：３２cm

体重：２．４５kg

今日の身体測定：

体高：３５cm

体長：３７cm

体重：５．３６kg

足が長くなったね〜（笑）

Not only her body size has changed but also her fur has changed.

She got more brown brindle patterns and she is sort of getting lighter color as a whole because she was soooo black that she used to fuse together with the black carpet in the bedroom and made us hard not to step on her...lol

I'm not sure if you can see it but she has sort of adult coat a little bit on her back now.  I noticed a part of her hair on the back was little different, thicker and harder when I was petting her.  

体のサイズだけじゃなくて、毛も変わってきたみたい。

虎柄が少しずつ増えてきたし、前はもっと黒かったからベッドルームの黒いカーペットと同化して踏まないように気をつけなきゃいけないくらいだったけど、今は全体的に色が明るくなってきたかな。

写真で見えるかわからないけど、背中の一部に大人の毛が生えてきたみたい。なでていたら、ちょっと感触が違う部分があって、他の毛より太くて固い感じだった。
