Mommy's girl Kaiya / 甘えん坊Kaiya Jul. 05

Kaiya was mommy's girl this morning.

Even when we got to the dog park, she didn't leave my side.

When I stop petting her, she looks at me as if she was saying, "don't stop your hand mommy!" lol

今朝のKaiyaは甘えん坊。

ドッグランに着いてもマミーの側を離れない。

ナデナデしてる手を止めると　ナデナデして〜ってこっちを見てくる可愛いヤツ(^_−)

I went out to have dinner with a friend.

After that, we went in to a cafe and kept talking and talking. lol  We hadn't had time to see each other for a while and when we are having fun talking, time passes so fast!

By the way, you can see Starbucks here and there in Stockholm nowadays.  Little more than a couple of years ago, there was only one at the airport.  

This Espresso House is one of the biggest coffee shop chains in Sweden, I think.

夜は友達とご飯食べに行ってきたマミー。

そのあとはまだダベり足りなくて　カフェで続行。

そう言えば今では結構見かけるようになったスターバックスだけど　数年前まではスタバは空港にしかなかったストックホルム。

一番数あるカフェのチェーン店はエスプレッソハウスってとこだよぉ。

Night walk.
Daddy was on the way home when we were almost done with the walk so we decided to wait for him outside right by our apartment.
Kaiya know where he usually comes and just looking at that corner waiting for daddy to show up.

夜の散歩。

ちょうどダディが帰ってくる時間だったので　外で待機。

ダディがあの角をいつ曲がって出てくるかとジーっと見つめるKaiya。

Hey hey Mato, daddy doesn't come from that direction!

Matoくん　Matoくん　ダディはそっちから来ないよ〜！

Then tug of war!

Mato狩りのあとは引っ張りっこ。

The winner is...Mato, I guess?

Kaiya and twig / Kaiyaと棒 Jul. 02

It was chilly today.
When we went out for the morning walk, it was only 14°C and I needed a jacket.

今日は涼しかった〜。

朝の散歩に出るとき１４度でジャケット必要だったよ。

"What is this twig?"  / "なんだこの棒？"

Kaiya

"I'll chew on it!"  /  "こうしてくれる！"

Kaiya

"I'll tear it into pieces!"  /  "このやろっ！"

Kaiya

"Oops, it's gotten in between my teeth."  /  "歯に挟まった"

Kaiya

"Hehe"  /  "へへへ。"

Mato wasn't interested in the twig, but he played at home with that sock-toy ;)

棒に興味がなかったMatoくんは　今日もお家で靴下オモチャで遊んでたよぉ〜( ◠‿◠ )

It had been bit cool in Stockholm, but the hot weather came back for the weekend !!

We went out to do barbecue on Friday evening with friends.

Of course, Kaiya and Mato came along :))

しばらく涼しかったストックホルムだけど　週末は暑さが戻ってきた〜！

ってことで金曜日は友達とバーベキュー。

Kaiya&Matoも一緒に行ったよん( ◠‿◠ )

Kaiya doesn't prefer to be around with kids but little Leo somehow was only interested in Kaiya. lol

She was almost always on the run. lol

子供が苦手なKaiyaさん。

何故かKaiyaばっかりに行くレオくん。

逃げるKaiyaと追いかけるレオくん劇だったよ（笑）

"That little one is coming..." ...you can tell what she's thinking just by looking at Kaiya's back. ;)

Stood up and went away but he's coming for her. lol

立って逃げたけど　レオが追いかけてくる〜（笑）

By the way, Kaiya loves Leo's dad Micke.

Toys / おもちゃ Jun. 27

Mommy has bought many toys for Kaiya and Mato.  But!  They have no interests in them :(

Well, when they were puppies, they played with toys that I got for them.  Now that they were 5 and 3 years old.  Grownups don't get excited over toys...even tennis balls don't do the tricks any more unless they were in the mood. ;p

However, there's one thing that gets Mato.  And it doesn't cost at all.

Yes, it's the socks!

I put some old towel or old socks which have holes that we don't wear anymore into one of these socks and tada!!   

マミーはKaiyaとMatoの為に　今まで色々おもちゃ買ったんだけど　全然おもちゃで遊ばない２人（笑）

まぁ　子犬時代は結構食いついてたけど　今や５歳３歳の大人。

ボールでさえ　気が向かなければ全然興味ナッシング。

でもMatoちんが反応するものがあるんだなぁ〜。

しかもお金がかからない。

それはこれ。

そう靴下。

穴があいて履かなくなった靴下に古くなったタオルだったり　もっといらなくなった靴下だったりを詰めて　出来上がり。

If I throw this, he would run after it and bring it to me.  We also play doing tug of war together :)

これ投げれば取ってくるし　引っ張りっこしたりして一緒に遊んだりするんだよぉ〜。

Sometimes he starts to shake it suddenly when he gets tad excited just before the walk.
One time, we left home for a walk and I noticed he had it in his mouth. lol
After 5 minutes, he just suddenly dropped it like it's nothing important and left it behind. 
No worries!  Mommy picked it up and took it home so that he was able to play with it again at home ;)

散歩の前に少し興奮すると　いきなりこれを振り回してたりする　おもしろMato。

一回そのまま加えてお散歩に出て　途中でポトリ（笑）

マミーが責任持って　持って帰ってきたけどね。

Although he tears it into million pieces and destroys it eventually, this sock toy comes in handy ;))  (Btw, it's only Mato play with it.  Kaiya doesn't even give a glance at it. lol)

最終的にはこうやって引っ張って　引き千切って　バラバラになるんだけど　靴下のおもちゃはうちでは重宝してるさね〜！（Matoだけね。Kaiyaはやっぱり興味なしw）

Rain Rain Rain / 雨・雨・雨 Jun. 26

It started to rain last night, and it continued until whole day today until the evening.

We took the morning walk in a pouring rain.

Yep, we all got soaked.

Well, can't have eyes wide-open when it rains like this, can we, Kaiya?

昨日の夜から降り始めた雨は　今日１日中降り続いて　夕方過ぎてからやっとおさまったよ。

朝の散歩はザーザーの中。

びしょびしょになった〜。

雨の日は目が細くなるシステムなKaiya（笑）

You know what!  We met Chilli and Carina today!
It must have been more than a month since the last.

At first, I don't think Kaiya knew it was Carina and Chilli.  She carefully observed and then ran to them with joy ;p

そして　そして　ちょ〜久しぶりにシリィとカリーナに会ったよ！

最初誰だかわからなかったのかな？Kaiyaが少し警戒してよく確認してから走り始めた（笑）
